Harvest

August to November — cut once heads feel firm and solid.

Growing Instructions

• Planting: Space 45cm apart in well-prepared soil.
• Position: Full sun or partial shade.
• Watering: Keep well watered until established and during dry spells.
• Feeding: Apply a liquid fertiliser every two weeks for strong, healthy heads.
