Description
An early-maturing beetroot variety with strong resistance to bolting and minimal risk of becoming woody. It boasts excellent skin quality and vibrant internal colour. Ideal for harvesting young as baby beets or left to grow for larger roots. Great for pickling.
Harvest
From June to October. You can extend the harvest through winter by protecting the beets from frost with fleece. Clean roots and store in a cool, well-ventilated place.
Growing Instructions

Do not separate individual plants—plant the whole plug as a bunch; they will naturally space themselves out.

Space plugs 15–20 cm apart.

Use well-drained soil.

Choose a location in full sun or partial shade.

Water regularly, especially during dry periods and until well established.
Beetroot Tip
Sow or plant every 4 weeks for a continuous harvest. The young leaves can also be used as a spinach substitute.
