Thyme – Doone Valley (Perennial)
A charming dwarf, mat-forming thyme with dark green, lemon-scented leaves highlighted with flashes of yellow. Perfect for cascading over walls, filling gaps between stepping stones, or adding colour to rockeries. Lavender-pink summer flowers make it a real garden showstopper. While mainly decorative, its aromatic leaves can also flavour stews, sauces, chicken, fish, and pork.
